Manang Air’s Helicopter crash Lands at Gosaikunda: No serious repercussion

Today, Manang Air AS 350 series helicopter crash landed at Gosaikunda during landing incurring minor damages and sparing human casualties.

As per the information dispatched, the chopper was en-route from Eastern Helipad of TIA to Gosaikunda with Six people on board including Commander. The chopper was maneuvering and was preparing for landing, which unfortunately scrapped the surface of Tail Rotor and crash landed at Gosaikunda.

Two Helicopters were already dispatched from Kathamandu along with Technical Team on board for the maintenance of ill-fated chopper. Further details yet to come.

Similarly on June 6, Mountain Air and Fishtail Air Helicopters have recently made an emergency landing at Simikot resulting fuel filter problem.
