Buddha Air preparing early morning flights from Pokhara to Kathmandu

Buddha Air is preparing to conduct morning flight at 7 am from Pokhara to Kathmandu keeping its one aircraft at Pokhara Airport.

Previously, the flights used to happen only after 8 in the morning. Buddha Air station manager at Pokhara said that one of the aircraft will be kept at Pokhara for early morning flight.

The company is sure that the passengers will be benefited with the morning flights as they can reach Kathmandu in early hours, finish their task and return Pokhara.

At present, Buddha operates 7 daily flights from Pokhara to Kathmandu.

The company has also started its operation from the base at Biratnagar Airport with one ATR 72 aircraft starting from June 01, 2018.

The airlines is providing services to Nepalgunj, Bhairahawa, Bharatpur, Simara, Janakpur, Biratnagar, Bhadrapur, Pokhara, Dhangadi and Tumlingtar from Tribhuwan International Airport along with ‘Mountain Flights’.

Currently, the country’s only international airport is facing parking bay congestion and excessive air traffic issues so, keeping at least one aircraft at other base than Kathmandu will ease congestion to some extent.
