Today, at the invitation of Mr. Sudarshan Bartaula (Spokesperson of Yeti Airlines), we were invited for a mountain flight. The flight was slated to begin early in the morning at 7 a.m.
Because of the weather reporting delay, the flight was a little bit postponed. The cabin was prepared to meet COVID 19 Control and Safety. The flight was full, and most of the Nepali passengers were in a group. We were recommended to use a mask, a facial visor, and a hand sanitizer. ATR 72 9N-ANC took off at 7:35 a.m. for a 1-hour Everest Experience mountain flight commanded by Capt. Kiran Man Pradhan.
In specifics regarding the mountain range, we are wonderfully briefed. The flight begins first with the Langtang range includes Lantang Lirung and then Gauri Shankar, Melungtse, Chugimago, Cho-Oyu, Pumori, Amadamblam, and Sagarmatha (Mt Everest).
The cabin crew were helpful and helped us identify the mountains. We spent one hour on Yeti Airlines’ mountain flights. Airlines have reduced ticket fares for flights where anyone will buy one seat for mountain flights and get another for free.
